Product Sales

This fun and energetic team helps sell the books, music and various resources available at the product tables.

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You can follow directions, handle money, use a handheld scanner for transactions, stay on your feet for extended periods of time, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

MANDATORY TIMES: Saturday 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Help at Resource tables during the “rush” times (before and after the 3:16 Live event as well as any other breaks).

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Volunteers will receive 2 tickets: a complimentary seat for yourself for the Product Sales position plus one additional ticket for a guest. You will be able to sit down and enjoy 3:16 Live when it is in session.

ELIGIBILITY: Must be able to follow directions, handle money, and be on your feet for a period of time, and be at least 18 years of age. Must be physically able to climb stairs and do minimal lifting.

Usher

This active and enthusiastic team helps the conference run smoothly by directing attendees to their seats and assisting with crowd control.

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You are able to stand for extended periods of time and enjoy a variety of duties.

MANDATORY TIMES: Saturday 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Expect a variety of duties such as directing conference attendees to their seats as well as frequently used locations within the arena, i.e., Will Call, Lost and Found, restrooms, etc. Duties may also include reporting medical emergencies, ensuring crowd control on the concourse and in the arena, and general assistance while the conference is in session. Ushers help by making the overall event run smoothly and with limited distractions.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Volunteers will receive 2 tickets: a complimentary seat for yourself for the Usher position plus one additional ticket for a guest. You will be able to sit down and enjoy the majority of 3:16 Live when it is in session.

ELIGIBILITY: Must be able to follow directions, be on your feet for an extended period of time, and be at least 18 years of age. Must be physically able to climb stairs if necessary.

Arena Team

Volunteer during the majority of the event so that others can attend free. A great job for guys!

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You do would like to help during the event, willing to follow directions, handle light lifting of 25-30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time and enjoy a variety of duties.

MANDATORY TIMES: Saturday 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Expect a variety of duties such as directing conference attendees and ensuring crowd control on the concourse and in the arena, helping with registration, and general assistance while the conference is in session. Arena Team helps by making the overall event run smoothly and with limited distractions. Additional security help from the Arena Team volunteers will be chosen to help check credentials and work with our security team on various duties.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Due to the demands of this position, Arena Team volunteers will only get to watch up to 50% of the conference. If you plan on watching the entire conference, please consider a different volunteer role. Arena Team volunteers will receive 3 tickets: a complimentary seat for yourself for the Arena Team position for the time you are able to watch the conference plus two additional tickets for guests of your choice.

ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age, able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, handle money, and be on your feet for an extended period of time, and handle light lifting of 25-30 lbs.
